Are You Getting Enough Nutrition?
Most people today don't even know that they may be suffering from a vitamin deficiency. We may think that we're getting enough to eat and that since we're not hungry, everything is okay.
Your body needs food sources to produce the vitamins and minerals it needs. unless you eat the proper types of foods, you're not going to be getting adequate nutrition. Note that nutrition and the volume of food consumed are two diferent things. You can gobble down all the hamburgers, fries and sodas you want. But are you getting the essential vitamins and minerals that your body needs to stay healthy? Not likely if that's all you're eating.
Foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, etc. are critical to our survival. Make sure that you're eating the right foods and generally you'll be well-nourished and healthy.
